Return and Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority. We assure there will be no reason for return of products

However, if there are reasons for dissatisfaction of the products received, follow the instructions below to initiate the return of products.

All Items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless for the following :

1) Items are different from stated on Invoice.

2) Products are torn or broken before delivery.

Points to note for enabling the return

Only unused items are eligible for exchange.

All items for returns or exchange must not be opened and in their original packaging.

Please note that it is the customers’ responsibility to pay for delivery charges incurred when items are sent back to us.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Contact us within 2 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return or exchange your order with the picture of the faulty item. The items may be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date of our acceptance

Non-returnable items:

Items specifically mentioned as falling under ‘No Return Policy’ on the product page

Cosmetics / Makeup, eyelashes, facial hair, teeth, fangs, etc.

Custom and Personalized items unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error

Oversized Items / Life-sized Cutouts

Partial Party Kits - Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.

Perishables (e.g., food items such as candy)

The sale items and inflated balloons are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Procedure for return:

Send e-mail to the ID – contact.simpleegood@gmail.com giving details of return:

Order No   SKU No (Material Code)   No of pieces (Quantity)    Reason for Return

On our acceptance in the form of response to the mail, the goods packed appropriately, may be returned to the address mentioned in our e-mail giving the details as stated above with the returned goods:

Time taken for acceptance of return and refund

On receipt of the items and finding them in order, allow us a 2-3 week time period to process the refund.

The manner of refund may be communicated by email.

In case of refund by bank transfer, the details may be provided in the email.

If by cheque, an extended period of around one week’s time for sending the cheque.

It may, however vary depending on the season.
